Worry about acidity ? Here's the solution


  • Consume a small piece of jaggery after every meal and see what wonders it can do to keep acidity away.

  • Take a cup of water and boil it . Add one tea spoon of aniseed(saunf) to the water and leave it over night. In the morning filter the water and add one tea spoon of honey to it. Drink it twice a day and acidity will be a thing of past.

  • Take a cardamom and a clove and crush them together. Consume it like a mouth freshener after each meal. Not only will this remedy take care of your acidity, it will also keep away a bad breath.

  • Take about one and a half littres of water and add one tea spoon of caraway seeds(shah jeera) to it. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes . Drink it while warm at least two-three times a day for five-six days.
