Eleven new ps3 games coming your way

Discover the PlayStation 3 titles that will have your thumbs busy very soon.
The PS4 release date was announced to an audience of millions at the world's largest consumer video games show, along with a whole host of great games that you'll be able to play come 29 November 2013. But don't rush to pack away your PlayStation 3 just yet – there is a glittering array of titles heading its way, and you don't have long to wait to play them.
Take a look at the games coming to PS3 soon:

Own the roads in a beautifully redefined driving experience that will push PS3 to the very limit. Race over 1,200 cars around 33 tracks and even create your own personalised custom cars and tracks. Get racing when the game is released on 6 December 2013.

Hackers haven't been cool since Angelina Jolie's 1995 cult classic movie of the same name. Until now that is. As Aiden Pearce, monitor and hack all around you by manipulating everything connected to the city's network and exact revenge on those who hurt your family. Grab your copy of Watch_Dogs on 22 November 2013.

Next generation console owners aren't the only ones that will be jumping into the golden age of piracy in November. Released earlier than the PS4 version, and with exclusive content that you can only find on PlayStation, board massive galleons and meet legendary pirates like Blackbeard, Calico Jack and Benjamin Hornigold on 1 November 2013.

Welcome to Los Santos - a reimagined, present-day southern California packed with surrounding hills, countryside and beaches. This is your playground as you control three career criminals: a depressed millionaire, a gangster and a psychopath.

Imagine jumping into the LittleBigPlanet omniverse right from the XMB Menu of PS3. Now imagine doing that at no extra cost. Later this year all the magic of LittleBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2 will be available, along with loads of new content exclusive to LittleBigPlanet HUB.

Polytron Corporation are bringing their award winning indie title to PS3. It'll even share cross-platform features with the PlayStation Vita version of the game. You'll be able to explore the pixel-art puzzler later this year.

Battle through a randomly generated dungeon where your death shifts control to your heir, who must journey to complete your quest. Not only does the money you earn in the dungeon pass down each generation, but random genetic traits like colour blindness and even irritable bowel syndrome will also be inherited as you progress. You can grab Rogue Legacy in 2014.

Originally announced for PS4 during the PlayStation press conference at gamescom, PS3 gamers will be able to join in the top-down shooting mayhem via the Cross-Play and Cross-Save features. Any mix of four players using any combination of PlayStation consoles will be able to play together to fight off swarms of aliens. Join us on the extraterrestrial battlefield in 2014.

This action role-playing game has been reforged specifically for home consoles and adds new content, the Infernal Helm, to the already massively varied settings. Fight hordes of monsters and take on huge bosses when Diablo III launches on 3 September 2013.

The world conquering first person shooter is back with an entirely new story, setting and cast, all powered by the next-generation Call of Duty engine. PS3 players will also be able to pay a small fee to upgrade their game to the PS4 version for a limited time. Pick up the latest Call of Duty at the beginning of November, just weeks before PS4 launches.

The football season has just begun and soon you'll be able to take direct control of your favourite team on and off the field as you play for glory. Improvements include increased physicality, which will allow you to jostle people off the ball when you get the game in September 2013.
