PUDINA KA THANDA, PUDINA CHHAAS for this summer



PUDINA KA THANDA

Ingredients
¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped; juice of 4 lemons ;
6 tbsp sugar; ½ tsp black salt ;
¼ tsp rose water; 4 cups water;
whole mint leaves



Method
Blend all ingredients for two minutes. Till well mixed. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.

PUDINA CHHAAS

ingredients
2 CUPS YOGHURT; ½ TSP CUMIN SEEDS, ROASTED; ½ TSP ROCK SALT; ¼ TSP MINT LEAVES, DRY; 3 CUPS cold water; salt to taste.

Method

Blend yoghurt and all other ingredients except water. Add chilled water and some ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds. Crumble mint leaves to garnish .
Serve chilled
